As partner of the new Berlin Trade Fair “World of Exhibitions”, ZENDOME provided the smallest of its geodesic domes so the reporting journalists could work in an exclusive atmosphere. In September of 2009, the ZENDOME.20 Home-Edition was the extraordinary press lounge at this premier event revolving around fair shows.
96 exhibitors on 5500 square metres presented themselves to a professional audience under the patronage of the Governing Mayor of Berlin, Klaus Wowereit. Common themes were trade fair preparations, appearances and post processes. In addition to the exhibition there were a number of lectures where experts from the event and communication trade talked about what was important to the business. “Making brands an experience with Wrap-Marketing” was the topic of Gordian Overschmidt, managing director of ZENDOME, who gave an exciting lecture on new trends in event marketing.
The “Kontakt Verlags- und Werbe GmbH” from Gilching – the organisers of the three day World of Exhibitions – explicitly want to address fair exhibitors, advertising agencies focusing on trade fair concepts, vendors of advertising media as well as a professional audience made up of marketing and distribution managers and people responsible for communication and trade fairs.
